Michelle Gutmann

Brand Strategist, visual storyteller + Founder

Inspired by travel, spirituality, food, and fashion, Michelle leads a team of specialists to produce iconic brands for go-getter humans. With 25 years of experience serving national and global brands, she takes a holistic, intuitive, and immersive approach to brand-building that connects people and places, including Suze Orman, Hay House, W Hollywood, Pardee Homes, Louise Hay, San Diego Airport, Palm Desert, Hermoza Swim, and the PGA Golf Tour.

In 2011, her life was rocked when she lost her husband to an aggressive cancer. Using life’s challenges as an opportunity to grow and embrace her entrepreneurial spirit she launched Me for We Design.

Michelle brings strategic thinking, creativity, and craftsmanship to the
branding process. Having lived in seven states and Germany, she has a well-rounded perspective and ability to empathize with anyone who crosses her path. With a rare blend of east coast work ethic, midwest charm, and west coast mindset, Michelle can see beyond industry standards and guide clients to next-level experiences.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Art in Visual Communications from the University of Delaware with a focus in advertising, graphic design, and photography. She resides in Encinitas, CA with her newest addition: Rex the rescue pup.

Matt Parsons

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR + WEB DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Matt is our visionary who takes all the creative elements and pieces them together into a true work of art. His expertise as a web developer and business development manager gives him the unique skill set to merge technological requirements with visual appeal to produce interactive, engaging platforms that elevate the user experience.

With over 15 years of online and eCommerce technology solutions, he specializes in original, relevant and effective Ecommerce websites, membership, community platforms, funnels, responsive design, CMS, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, WordPress, Javascript, Jquery, and many more coding platforms.

Matt has the knowledge of online technology to target a specific audience to gain you the exposure you desire with amazing results. He’s provided digital marketing services to numerous clients from all types of different business backgrounds, including Warner Bros., Paramount, Sony Pictures, Activision, Doritos, and Legendary Studios.

Gabriel Valdez

Rex

Chief of recreation

At just 2.5 years old, Rex is learning the ropes of being a pack leader. He’s certifi ed in running, snuggling, and jumping on Mom when he needs some outdoor time. He’s curious, strong, and a good listener (courtesy of those good German Shepherd ears!). The only member of our team who’s eager for belly rubs from clients, Rex also welcomes treats all days of the week.
